GameHubVerse respects intellectual-property rights and provides a process for reporting copyright infringement, trademark misuse, unlawful content, impersonation, privacy violations, malware, and other prohibited material.
How to Submit a Notice
Send a notice using the contact address at the bottom of this page with the subject Content Report and include:
- Your name, organization if applicable, email address, and a reliable way to contact you.
- The exact GameHubVerse URL and a clear description of the content or activity being reported.
- The legal right or rule you believe is violated and enough information for us to understand the claim.
- For copyright claims, identification of the protected work, proof that you own or represent the rightsholder, and a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized.
- A statement that the information supplied is accurate, together with your physical or electronic signature where required.
Our Review Process
We may request additional information, preserve relevant records, restrict access, remove content, contact a publisher or user, or reject an incomplete or unsupported notice. Where applicable, we will explain a moderation decision and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond. Urgent threats to safety should also be reported to the appropriate emergency or law-enforcement authority.
Counter-Notice or Appeal
If your content is restricted and you believe the decision was a mistake, use the contact address at the bottom of this page and include the affected URL, the decision or notice reference, your explanation, supporting evidence, contact details, and any legally required statements. We may restore content when appropriate.
Repeat or Serious Violations
We may suspend publishers, users, games, or accounts involved in repeated infringement, fraud, illegal content, malicious software, or serious violations. We may also take measures to prevent the same material from being immediately re-uploaded where lawful and proportionate.
False or Abusive Reports
Do not knowingly submit false, misleading, automated, or abusive notices. You may be responsible for harm caused by a fraudulent report.
