Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to GameHubVerse at https://gamehubverse.com/. By using the website, creating an account, playing a game, submitting content, or purchasing a digital item, you agree to these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country are not excluded.
Operator and Eligibility
GameHubVerse is operated by Filip Reim, IČO 17461600. Full registered-office and operator information is available in our Legal Notice.
You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to accept these Terms. If your country requires a higher minimum age for online services, that higher age applies unless a parent or legal guardian provides valid authorization. Purchases may be made only by an adult payer or with the payer's authorization.
Personal Licence to Use the Service
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access GameHubVerse, create an account, and play available games for personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not transfer ownership of the portal, games, source code, graphics, databases, or other materials.
You may create ordinary gameplay videos or livestreams where this does not violate game-specific rules, third-party rights, platform rules, or applicable law. Do not imply that your content is officially sponsored or endorsed by GameHubVerse unless we have agreed in writing.
The Service
GameHubVerse provides browser-based games and related services, including accounts, comments, ratings, cloud synchronization, gameplay analytics, advertising, purchase history, optional digital purchases, and customer support. Features may differ by game, device, account status, location, or developer integration.
Accounts and Security
- Provide truthful, complete, and current information where information is requested.
- Keep your login details secure and notify us if you reasonably believe your account has been compromised.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security.
- Do not share, sell, transfer, automate, or misuse accounts.
- We may require email verification, identity confirmation, or security checks before enabling purchases, account recovery, or other sensitive features.
Account Closure and Deletion
You may request account deletion through the available account or support process. Deletion may permanently remove profile information, cloud saves, and account-linked access. Completed transactions, accounting records, fraud records, refunds, chargebacks, and legal records may be retained where required. Deletion does not automatically create a refund, restore consumed products, or transfer entitlements to another account.
Cloud Saves and Synchronization
Supported games may save progress to your GameHubVerse account. Cloud synchronization is intended to help restore progress across sessions and devices, but it is not a guaranteed archival backup. Network failures, game updates, incompatible save versions, conflicting devices, corrupted game data, or third-party game limitations can cause delays or loss. A full page reload or external checkout redirect may restart a game unless the game saves the relevant temporary state.
Optional Purchases and Virtual Items
- Purchases are optional and are not required merely to view advertisements or access free games unless a game clearly states otherwise.
- Products may include virtual currency, consumables, cosmetics, characters, content packs, or permanent in-game unlocks.
- Virtual items are licensed digital features for use within the applicable game. They are not legal tender, do not represent stored monetary value, and cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash, transferred outside the supported system, or redeemed for real-world prizes.
- Prices, currency, taxes, and payment methods are shown at checkout. Xsolla may act as the payment provider or merchant of record for the transaction.
- Consumables may be spent and cannot normally be restored after use. Permanent products may be restorable while the entitlement remains active and supported.
- Refunded or charged-back products and related entitlements may be removed, reversed, or disabled.
Purchases are also governed by the Refund & Purchase Policy and the terms displayed by the payment provider during checkout.
Public Profiles and User Content
Usernames, profile images, comments, ratings, likes, scores, and similar activity may be visible to other users. You remain responsible for anything you submit. You grant GameHubVerse a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence limited to hosting, displaying, reproducing technically, backing up, moderating, and removing that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, promote, and improve the service. You retain any rights you lawfully hold in your content.
Do not submit illegal, infringing, abusive, hateful, deceptive, privacy-invasive, sexually exploitative, violent-extremist, malicious, or spam content. We may restrict or remove content and suspend accounts where reasonably necessary.
Game-Specific Rules and Third-Party Games
Individual games may contain additional gameplay rules, licences, privacy notices, or publisher terms. Those rules apply to the relevant game only. Games may be owned or supplied by independent developers and may be removed when a licence ends, a technical integration is no longer supported, or a legal or safety concern arises. External links, advertisements, sign-in tools, and payment services are governed by their own terms and notices.
Advertisements
Free games may be supported by advertising. Optional advertising technologies are subject to the required consent controls. Advertising availability, personalization, and frequency may depend on region, device, provider eligibility, game context, and the choices recorded through the applicable consent manager.
Prohibited Conduct
- Hacking, probing, disrupting, overloading, or bypassing security, payment, advertising, account, or game systems.
- Cheating, manipulating purchases or rewards, exploiting bugs, chargeback abuse, fraudulent payment activity, or unauthorized automation.
- Scraping, crawling, harvesting, copying, framing, republishing, reselling, or reverse engineering the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Systematically extracting games, images, descriptions, account data, gameplay data, or other content to build datasets, train or evaluate machine-learning or artificial-intelligence systems, power automated republication, or operate a competing aggregation service without prior written permission.
- Removing copyright notices, bypassing technical protections, modifying game files without authorization, or distributing source files or assets obtained from the service.
- Impersonation, account theft, malware, phishing, harassment, spam, or infringement of intellectual-property, publicity, or privacy rights.
Intellectual Property
The GameHubVerse branding, website design, software, text, databases, and original materials are owned by us or our licensors. Individual games and related media may be owned by their publishers or licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to you. Copyright or illegal-content concerns should be submitted under the Copyright & Content Policy.
Availability, Changes and Suspension
We may maintain, update, replace, remove, or discontinue games and features. We may limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, suspected fraud, payment disputes, abuse, or violation of these Terms. Where appropriate, we will preserve access to valid permanent entitlements or provide a legally required remedy.
Disclaimers and Liability
The service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access or compatibility with every browser, device, game version, save format, or third-party service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when you began using the service.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.
Changes and Notices
We may update these Terms to reflect service, provider, legal, or security changes. Material changes will be presented through the website or sent to the account email where reasonably appropriate. Notices from us may be delivered through the service or by email.
General Legal Terms
- These Terms and the policies they expressly reference form the complete agreement governing your use of GameHubVerse.
- If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
- A failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.
- You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written agreement. We may transfer the service or these Terms as part of a lawful sale, restructuring, or transfer of the platform, provided mandatory user protections remain effective.
